DomainFraud aims to shame domain name registrars into following their published acceptable usage policies and ICANN's registrar requirements.

You may submit any violation of registrar rules via this site. The main driver behind this site was the growth of .us domains that are actively used for spamming / spamvertising in violation of .us registry rules.

To register a .us domain a registrant must certify they have a bona fide US presence. Despite many clear cut cases of domains violating these rules, neither NeuStar, nor most registrars will enforce this requirement and cancel invalid registrations.

This site does not provide any sort of blocklist / blacklist and has no plans to do so. Most listed domains are a nuisance because they are used for spamvertised sites. Generally no abusive traffic orginates from these domains, so a blacklist would be of little use.
